The project starts from the east side of the Beifu River Bridge on the Second Ring Road in the north, runs eastward from Commercial Avenue, North Railway Station, and Shuangqiaozi Interchange, and ends on the east side of the Nanfu River Bridge on the Second Ring Road in the south, with a total length of 13.1 kilometers. The main project contents include expressway system (viaduct), large-capacity bus rapid transit system (civil works, equipment purchase and installation), intelligent traffic management system (civil works), reconstruction and restoration of bottom roads and related ancillary works.该工程北起二环路北府河桥东侧，向东经商贸大道、火车北站、双桥子立交，南止二环路南府河桥东侧，全长13.1公里。主要工程内容包括快速路系统（高架桥）、大容量快速公交系统（土建、设备购置和安装部分）、智能交通管理系统（土建部分）、底层道路改造恢复及相关附属工程。
