B标段，由三环路交大立交桥改造工程（不含底层道路）和蜀龙路五期（建设北路北延线）工程（不含下穿成绵乐铁路框架桥工程）两个工程组成，两个工程都连接三环，在三环上的距离约15公里左右。 蜀龙路五期（建设北路北延线）（不含下穿成绵乐铁路框架桥工程）项目位于成都成华区，连接蜀龙路4期和二仙桥北路，路线长约4.4公里，主要有：与三环互通的蜀龙立交1座（新建）、横穿成绵乐等铁路的下穿道（不含下穿成绵乐铁路框架桥工程）、二仙桥北路段高架桥三部分组成。 三环路交大立交桥改造工程，项目位于成都金牛区西北部三环路与交大路交叉处，将原来的交大路高架桥上跨三环通过的立交改造成互通立交，迁移跨三环的人行天桥2座，匝道桥9座，以及底层辅道等。
